We specialize in orthopedics, sports medicine, neurological and movement disorders, balance training, post-surgical rehabilitation, and more!

We will treat each patient uniquely, with compassion and integrity. We specialize in assessing the individual patient in order to evaluate, diagnose and treat the cause of injury. Chronic care management requires the therapist to work in conjunction with physicians, nurses and family members to maximize a patient’s mobility and independence in the home or community.

Physical Therapist, DPT, Co-Founder
John graduated from Penn State University in 2010 with a B.S. in Kinesiology before continuing his education at Saint Francis University and earning a Doctor of Physical Therapy degree in 2014. His clinical experiences include orthopedic sports medicine, post-surgical rehabilitation and geriatric rehabilitation.

Physical Therapist Assistant, B.S. Ed, LPTA, CCS, Co-Founder
Carla graduated from South University in 2000 and has been practicing Physical Therapy in Bluffton and Hilton Head Island. Carla specializes in orthopedic rehabilitation, sports medicine, and geriatric rehabilitation.

Office Manager, COTA
Brenda came to Hilton Head Island in 2014 and had been a Rehab Director for 10 years. She joined Hilton Head Physical Therapy as the office manager in March of 2020. She loves the New England Patriots and the University of Tennessee Vols!

Physical Therapist, BSPT
Originally from South Africa, Elaine and her family moved to Hilton Head Island in 1997. She has over 30 years of clinical experience in Orthopedic Rehabilitation. Elaine specializes in orthopaedic sports medicine, has extensive experience in multiple manual therapy techniques, and is certified in Dry Needling.

Physical Therapist, DPT
Krista earned her Doctorate from the University at Buffalo in 2015. She moved to Hilton Head Island in 2016 and has practiced in multiple therapy settings. Krista is also certified to perform Dry Needling. She is also LSVT BIG certified.

Physical Therapist, CHT
Diane has over 30 years of experience as a PT treating the upper extremity. She is a certified hand therapist and she has served on the board of the American Society of Hand Therapists. In addition, Diane has been published in medical journals as well as books during her career. She works closely with her patients to help them achieve their goals and restore their prior level of function to the best of their ability.

Physical Therapist, MPT, CLT-LANA
Lori is a certified Lymphedema Physical Therapist with 30 years experience. She has extensive orthopaedic and oncology rehabilitation experience.

Physical Therapist Assistant, LPTA, AA
Originally from North Dakota, Brianna graduated from Northland College, Minnesota in 2019. She moved to Hilton Head Island in 2020. Brianna enjoys the outdoors, beach, pickleball, and tennis. She is a Minnesota Vikings, and a Carolina Canes fan!

Physical Therapist Assistant, LPTA, AA
We are pleased to announce that Christina joined our team of therapists in September 2025.

Christina brings extensive experience with stroke injuries, cardiac issues, traumatic brain injuries, lower extremity orthopedic rehab, and various neurological conditions. She is certified in LSVT BIG, a Parkinson’s program, and has specialized training in amputee rehabilitation.

Outside of work, Christina enjoys scuba diving, bicycling, running, camping, disc golf, and a variety of sports activities with her sons.

Assistant Office Manager
Tiffany recently moved to Hilton Head Island (2023). She has 7 years of Medical Office Administrative experience. She enjoys spending her time with her family and watching her son compete in collegiate golf. She is an avid fan of the Georgia Bulldogs and the Atlanta Braves.
