Hilton Head Physical Therapy provides one-on-one personalized treatment for acute injuries, pre and post surgical rehabilitation, and management of chronic diseases. We provide out-patient therapy services at our sites of services.

Chronic care management requires the therapist to work in conjunction with physicians, nurses and family members to maximize a patient’s mobility and independence in the home or community.

The state of South Carolina allows you direct access to a Physical Therapist for evaluation and treatment for up to 30 days without a doctor’s referral. So don’t suffer while you wait.

NOTE: Some insurance companies (ie: Medicare) require a referral regardless of state policies. If you chose to go through your insurance, you should check with your insurance carrier for referral requirements and coverage.
