CANCELLATION POLICY

If you cancel your appointment less than 24 hours before it is scheduled to take place or fail to show up for your appointment, you will be subject to a fee/charge of $40. This charge is not covered by your insurance and will be charged directly to you.

Hilton Head Physical Therapy schedules one patient per hour to provide you one-on-one services to our patients. A late cancellation means that we are unable to offer that time to another patient.
